Mamamia branded merchandises are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the emailing confirmation shipment but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Malaysia.
Kindly send us an email to customerservice@mamamiaglobe.com and furnish us the following detail for our processing :-
1. Order ID
2. Product Name
3. Reason of Return
4. Date of Purchase
However, we don't accept return or exchange of the following product:-
1. Food, supplement and skincare which have been open /unseal / used are not refundable or returnable.
2. For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), bedding and feeding items (unless faulty), they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Once delivered, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. If the returned product is not damaged after inspected, customer have to bear the all redelivery postage fee , and no reimbursement shall be granted.

Refund
The refund period may vary between 7 and 14 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
